What to expect
What to Expect at Therapy Sessions
You may feel a little anxious about coming to therapy and what may be expected of you. Please be assured that the therapist is aware of this and will try to help to make you feel more at ease in discussing your problems. The first session will be about what you see as your difficulties and what specific problems you would like to work on. Cognitive Behavioural Therapy is collaborative and so you and the therapist will work together, hand in hand in helping you.
